Body: To give yourself an all over Úr peat body treatment heat the peat in a bowl and with a brush apply all over the body, wrap yourself in a Mylar blanket or cling film so that the peat retains the heat, relax for 30-40 minutes and shower off. If you have any medical conditions it is advisable to consult with your doctor before use.
Note: Úr peat has a ph balance of between 4-5; because of the ph balance it is great for all skin types. Peat has been used in Europe for hundreds of years to treat, dry skin, scalp problems, eczema and muscular pain.
